This section allows you to enable and configure a WhatsApp chat integration so customers can reach out to your support team directly via WhatsApp.

System Settings → Third Party Settings → Chat

Enable WhatsApp Chat (Toggle Switch)

  • Toggle this ON to activate WhatsApp chat integration on your platform.
  • When enabled, a WhatsApp chat icon or link will appear on the customer-facing website or app (based on your implementation).

Phone Number Field

  • Enter the WhatsApp number that should be linked for customer support.

Format: Use the full international number without spaces.

Example: +919876543210
