This section allows you to enable and configure a WhatsApp chat integration so customers can contact you for support directly via WhatsApp.

System Settings → Third Party Settings → Chat

  • Enable WhatsApp Chat (Google Switch)
  • Toggle this ON to activate WhatsApp chat integration on your platform.
  • When enabled, a WhatsApp chat icon or link will appear on the customer-facing website or app based on your placement settings.

Phone Number Field

  • Enter the WhatsApp number that should be linked for customer support.
  • Format: Use the full international number without spaces.
  • Example: +919876543210
