Mail Configuration

SMTP Mail Setup: If you already configured SMTP then skip this and enter the required details on email setup, below details for user guide how to get required details from SMTP mail configuration.

Navigate to System Settings → 3rd Party → 3rd Party Configuration → Mail Config

The Mail Configuration section allows the admin to set up the system for sending emails — especially for notifications such as password reset, order confirmation, and customer communication.

This configuration is mandatory if sending emails.

Required Fields

  • Mailer Name: The name shown as the sender of the email (e.g., your business name).

  • Email ID: The email address users will see as the sender.
  • Encryption: Type of security for sending emails (e.g., SSL or TLS).
  • Password: The password for the email account used.
  • There is a toggle button in this section.
