OTP Setup
Configure how OTP-based login and verification behave for your customers. This section helps manage security, spam prevention, and user experience during the OTP process.

Maximum OTP Submit Attempts
Purpose
- Limits how many times a user can enter an OTP during being temporarily blocked.
OTP Resend Time (in seconds)
- Purpose: The wait time before a user can request a new OTP.
- Example: 60 (user must wait 60 seconds to resend)
OTP Validity Time (in seconds)
- Purpose: How long the OTP remains valid after being sent.
- Example: 300 (5 minutes)
Temporary Block Time (in minutes)
- Purpose: If maximum OTP attempts are exceeded, the system blocks the user temporarily.
- Example: 600 (10 minutes)
In-Login Login Attempt
- Purpose: Number of invalid login attempts (with or without OTP) allowed before login is blocked.
- Example: 5 attempts
In-Login Total Incorrect Login Attempts Allowed
- Purpose: Total incorrect login attempts allowed.
Temporary Login Block Time (in seconds)
- Purpose: How long a user is blocked from logging in after exceeding maximum attempts.
- Example: 600 (10 minutes)
In-Login Block Duration After Exceeding Login Attempts
- Purpose: Block duration after exceeding login attempts.
