Delivery Setup

The Delivery Fee Setup allows you to configure how customers are charged for deliveries. You can choose between using our delivery service or setting up your own delivery system. This configuration impacts all branches and is an essential part of your operational settings.

Our Delivery Service

  • If you want to use the platform’s delivery team, you can enable this option.
  • How it works:
  • “Enable the toggle for ‘Our Delivery Service’”
  • Once enabled, the status will show as “Requested”
  • A notification will be sent to our team.
  • After approval, the status will update to “Activated”
  • If not approved, the status will update to “Inactive” and the toggle will turn off
  • Important:
  • To activate this service, you must have enabled the payment method for digital payment.
  • This option applies globally across all branches.
  • You cannot select different delivery types per branch when this is active.
  • All delivery charges and logistics will be managed by our system.

Your Own Delivery Setup

  • If you prefer to manage deliveries independently, you can set up your own method on a per-branch basis.
  • You have two options:
  • Fixed Delivery Fee Setup
  • Charge a flat delivery fee regardless of distance.
  • Example: “Free Delivery Charge” field
  • Example: ₹40 per order
  • B.KM-Wise Delivery Fee Setup
  • This method charges customers based on delivery distance.
  • You’ll need to configure:
  • Per KM Delivery Charge – Amount charged for every kilometer.
  • Minimum Delivery Charge – Base charge that applies even if the distance is low.
  • Minimum Distance for Free Delivery – Orders within this distance are free of delivery charges.
  • Example:
  • ₹8 per km
  • ₹20 minimum charge
  • Free delivery for orders within 2 km
  • Flexibility: Branches can individually choose between Fixed Free and KM-Wise Fee setups.
