Restaurant Availability Time Slot

To manage when each branch accepts customer orders, you can configure restaurant availability and delivery availability time slots. These define the days and hours your branch is open for business and delivery.

System Settings → Business Setup → Restaurant Availability Time Slot

Select Branch

Choose the branch for which you want to configure operating and delivery availability.

  • Set Operating & Delivery Hours
  • For each day of the week, click Add Schedule to define the Opening and Closing times using the time picker.

Example:

  • Monday
  • Branch: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Delivery: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Multiple Time Slots

  • If your branch operates in multiple shifts (such as lunch and dinner), you can add multiple time slots for the same day for both branch and delivery.
  • Closed by Default
  • If all time slots are removed for a day, the branch will automatically be marked as Closed.
