Plan & Billing
The Plan & Billing section allows users to view current subscription details, manage plan upgrades or changes, track billing history, and download invoices.
Available Features
- Current Plan Name (e.g., Basic, Premium, Free Trial)
- Next Payment Date (for active paid plans)
- Plan Status (if on Free Trial, it will show the trial period and Trial End Date)
- Payment History
- Change Plan – Redirects to the Plan selection page
- Choose Plan – (on Free Trial) to select a paid plan before the trial ends
Plan Change Behavior
When selecting a new plan:
- A confirmation modal will appear to either confirm or cancel the change.
- However, the user will have the option to activate it immediately using the “Activate Updated Plan” button in the plan details section.
Note:
- If activated immediately, the remaining value of the current plan will be forfeited.
- If not activated, the new plan will be applied at the end of the current billing cycle. The new plan will be marked as Pending until then.
Part Bill Table
A detailed table listing all previous transactions:
- SI/Serial Number
- Transaction ID
- Plan Name
- Amount
- Payment Gateway
- Payment Status
- Invoice Download – Click the download invoice to get a PDF invoice for any past payment.
