Table Orders

Table Orders refer to the orders placed by customers who are dining inside the restaurant (Dine-In). These orders are associated with a specific table number and are usually taken by the waiter or through a table-side digital menu/app.

In this table orders list, you can able to navigate the each order status list screen such as:

• All Table Orders – Shows all order status list with widgets counts for Confirmed, Cooking, Ready to Serve, Completed, Cancelled, On table orders.
• Confirmed – shows only confirmed orders list
• Cooking – shows only cooking orders list
• Ready to serve – shows only out for ready to serve orders list
• Completed – shows only completed orders list
• Cancelled – shows only Cancelled orders list
• On table – shows only fulfilled to a table orders list

Note: Until the order completed, cancelled status, you can able to edit the items in order details screen

Actions Available:

• View Opens full order details
• Print Opens print preview window
• Invoice Print order invoice

Order details screen:

• Details from customer: Order ID, Branch, Order date & time, Order type, Cutter option, Payment status, Payment method, Table number and no of people.
• Additionally it will show the branch details, and customer account details
• Order Status & Payment Status
• Admins can change order status
• Update payment status (e.g., Paid, Unpaid)
• Manage food prep time.
