The Email Template section allows you to customize the look and content of system-generated emails sent to customers, such as order confirmations, password resets, and OTP verifications.

You can customize the following types of emails:

  1. Order Placed
  2. Forgot Password
  3. Registration OTP
  4. Login OTP

Each email template allows you to personalize the following components:

  • A Read Instructions guide is available to help users understand how to customize each part of the email template effectively.

Customizable Fields

  • Logo
  • Header content – Main title, Main body message
  • Footer content – Section text, page links, Social media links, Copyright Content

Note: Page links and Social media links will get configured by Page & media settings
