POS Sale
POS (Point of Sale) Management refers to the system and processes used to handle sales transactions, inventory, and customer interactions at a business location, typically in retail stores or restaurants. It ensures efficient billing, order processing, and payment handling while integrating with other business operations.
POS will have following order method such as:
- Dine in
- Collection
- Delivery
All three POS order methods will have menu and product list against the branch selection
Dine in POS
By default continue as walk in customer if needed you can add Customer details (Add New Customer: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone).
- Branch selection, number of people, and Table selection
- Payment methods: Cash, Card, Pay After Eating.
- If needed you can enter extra discount for that order
- “Place Order” button to confirm the order.
Note: For dine-in order you can add in order details screen until the order is completed
Collection POS
By default continue as walk in customer if needed you can add Customer details (Add New Customer: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone).
- Branch selection
- If needed you can enter extra discount for that order
- Payment methods: Cash, Card.
- “Place Order” button to confirm the order.
Delivery POS
Customer details (Add New Customer: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone).
- Branch selection and Delivery Information (Name, Contact Number, Address, Landmark, City/Town, State, Pin code)
- Bill Summary (with an extra discount field).
- Payment method: Cash on Delivery.
- “Place Order” button to confirm the order.
