QR Menu Setup

The QR Menu Setup allows you to create a customized QR menu for each branch. Customers can scan the QR code at the table to view the menu, place orders, and see only the products available for that specific branch.

The setup is divided into two sections:

• Front Layout
• Back Layout

Each branch can design its own QR menu independently.

1. Front Layout

The Front Layout is the main visible side of the QR menu card displayed on tables.

Available Customization Options

Color Style

• Choose a color theme that matches your brand identity
• Selected colors apply to headings, backgrounds, and highlights

Logo Selection

• Upload or select your brand logo
• The logo will appear at the top of the QR menu design

Title & Subtitle

• Add a main title (e.g., Scan to View Menu)
• Add a subtitle for additional context (e.g., Order directly from your table)

Contact Section

Add branch contact details such as:

• Phone number
• Email

This helps customers reach staff easily if needed

Live Preview

A real-time preview is shown on the side

The preview includes:

• QR Code
• Selected logo
• Title and subtitle
• Applied color style
• Any changes made are instantly reflected in the preview

2. Back Layout

The Back Layout is used for additional branding or information on the reverse side of the QR menu card.

Available Customization Options

• Color style
• Logo selection
• Title and subtitle
• The preview does not include the QR code

This ensures a clean layout for branding or informational content

Branch-Wise QR Menu

• Each branch can create and manage its own QR menu
• Product availability is handled automatically based on branch setup
• No manual product selection is required for the QR menu.
• QR Menu in QR Table App
• Customers scan the QR code at the table
• The QR Table App opens automatically

Customers see:

• Branch-specific menu
• Available products only
• Real-time updates if items go out of stock
