Reports & Analytics

The Report & Analytics module gives a clear view of how the business is performing. It includes different reports and graphs to help you track sales, orders, customers, and product performance in an easy-to-understand way.

This helps in understanding:

  • Earning Report
  • Order Report

Each report comes with its own report. It shows the data in range of From to Date. This selection report provides key financial metrics and order summaries, including:

  • Total Sale – The total revenue from sales.
  • Total Orders – The total number of orders.
  • Total Delivery Charge – The total amount charged for deliveries.
  • Total Franchisee fee – The total amount charged for transactions.
  • Total Tax – The total tax amount.
  • Delivery – Number of successfully completed orders.
  • Returnee – Number of orders returned by customers.
  • Failed to Deliver – Orders that could not be delivered.
  • Cancelled – Orders cancelled by customer or admin.

Each status count is visually represented using a progress graph bar below data (represented by selected branch) in the graph.

The Product Report section provides detailed analysis of product performance over a selected date range. The report includes:

  • Top Sold Product – The product with the highest number of units sold.
  • Total Count – Number of orders containing the selected product.
  • Total Qty Quantity – Total quantity of the product sold.
  • Total Amount – Total revenue generated from the selected product.
  • Actions – View List of orders containing the selected product.
  • Export Button – Allows data export in multiple formats (Excel, PDF, CSV, Print)

Sales Report

The Sales Report section provides a detailed analysis of Sales performance over a selected date range, making it easy to understand how sales, orders, and delivery metrics are performing.

  • Total Sale – The total revenue from sales.
  • Total Count – Number of orders containing the selected product.
  • Total Qty Quantity – Total quantity of the product sold.
  • Total Amount – Total revenue generated from the selected product.
  • Delivered – Number of successfully completed orders
  • Returnee – Number of orders returned by customers
  • Failed to Deliver – Orders that could not be delivered
  • Cancelled – Orders that were cancelled before fulfilment
  • Export Button – Allows data export in multiple formats (Excel, PDF, CSV, Print)

Product Review Report

The Product Review Report provides insights into customer feedback and product rating performance over a selected date range. It helps identify top-performing products and areas for improvement based on customer reviews and ratings.

After applying filters, the report displays:

  • Top Sold Product – Product with the highest number of reviews
  • Total Count – Total number of reviews for the product
  • Average Rating – Average rating given by customers
