Reports & Analytics

The Report & Analytics module gives a clear view of how the business is performing. It includes different reports and charts that help the admin easily track important details like earnings, orders, and other key information. This helps in understanding.

Earning Report

It had a filter option to sort the report. It shows the date range of from & to date. The statistics report provides key financial metrics and order summaries, including:

• Total Sold – The total revenue from sales.
• Total Tax – The total tax collected from orders.
• Total Delivery Charge – The total amount charged for deliveries.
• Total transaction fee – The total amount charged for transactions.
• Order Status Breakdown:
• Delivered – Number of successfully completed orders.
• Returned – Number of orders returned by customers.
• Failed to Deliver – Orders that could not be delivered.
• Cancelled – Orders that were canceled before fulfillment.

Each status count is visually represented using a progress graph for better data interpretation by selecting a branch on the graph.

Order Report

The Product Report section provides a detailed analysis of product performance over a selected date range, helping administrators track product sales, quantity, and revenue across different branches.

The report provides an overview of product performance, including:

• Total Count – Number of orders containing the selected product.
• Total Item Quantity – Total quantity of the product sold.
• Total Amount – Total revenue generated from the selected product.
• A structured Product List displays detailed product sales data.
• Export Button – Allows data export in multiple formats:Excel, PDF, CSV, Print.
• The report table provides a column of S.No, Product Name, Date, Branch, Order, Quantity, Amount.

Sale Report

The Sales Report section provides a detailed analysis of Sales performance over a selected date range, helping administrators track sales, quantity, and revenue across different branches.

The report provides an overview of Sales performance, including:

• Total Count – Number of orders containing the selected product.
• Total Item Quantity – Total quantity of the product sold.
• Total Amount – Total revenue generated from the selected product.

A structured sales List displays detailed product sales data.

• Export Button – Allows data export in multiple formats:Excel, PDF, CSV, Print.
• The report table provides a column of S.No, Product Name, Date, Branch, Order, Quantity, Amount.

Product Review Report

The Product Review Report provides insights into customer feedback on products, helping administrators analyze product performance based on ratings and reviews. This report assists in identifying top-performing and underperforming products to enhance quality and service.

After applying filters, the report displays:

• Most Rated Product – Product with the highest number of reviews.
• Highly Rated Product – Product with the best average rating.
• Least Rated Product – Product with the lowest rating.

The report includes a detailed review list with a count of all reviews.

• Search Bar – Quickly find specific reviews using customer names or product names.
• Export Options – Download the report in Excel, PDF, CSV, or Print format for further analysis.
• Table Columns are S.No, Product Name, Customer Info, Food Quality Review, Food Price Review & Food Service Review.
