Employee Setup – List

The Employee List screen shows all the employees that have been created in the system.

Resource management → Employees Setup → Employee List

View Employees – All employees are listed here. The most recently added employee appears at the top of the list.

  • Edit Employee – You can update an employee’s details, like their name, phone number, role, etc.
  • Change Password – You can change the employee’s password from here.
  • Change Employee Status – You can activate or deactivate an employee’s account from here.

If you want to deactivate/revoke an employee’s access, you must enter the employee’s end date.

Once deactivated, the employee will not be able to access the system.
