Employee Setup – List

Resource management → Employees Setup → Employees list

  • View Employees – All employees are listed here. The most recently added employee appears at the top of the list.
  • Edit Employee – You can update an employee's details, like their name, phone number, role, etc.
  • Delete Employee – If needed, you can permanently remove an employee from the system.
  • Change Employee Status – You can activate or deactivate an employee's account from here.
    • If you want to deactivate (make inactive) an employee, you must enter the employee's end date.
    • Once deactivated, the employee will not be able to access the system.
